Founding Nabat Center was not merely a professional decision made after more than fifteen years in pharmacy; it was a response to an inner calling born from my professional experience, from my devotion to my parents, and from every person I met who was searching for care that restores their dignity as a human being, not as a medical file.

I witnessed first-hand the gap in our health system, where recommendations are given separately across medication, nutrition, and lifestyle, without assembling the complete picture around the person. Multidisciplinary work often appears only at the moment of hospitalization, while a person's real need begins long before that.

As a pharmacist, a specialist in clinical herbal medicine, and a holder of a master's degree in gerontology, I realized that health is not the treatment of a disease, but an integrated system of life that combines medication, nutrition, movement, awareness, and independence. My scientific path and the fields of Nabat were therefore not chosen at random, but built gradually toward a single vision: understanding the person as a complete whole.

From here the Nabat model was born. We did not build it as a single clinic, but as an integrated, multidisciplinary model of care in which experts gather around one person. Our team includes clinical pharmacists with doctoral degrees and field experience, therapeutic nutrition specialists with academic and practical competence, and movement specialists for the golden generation who can design precise individual programs. At Nabat, we believe a person should not have to reach a hospital to receive this integration. We therefore combined medication consultation, therapeutic nutrition, science-based herbal support, health education, and the building of safe movement programs, within an ongoing professional dialogue.

On the social level, we chose for Nabat to be part of an environment carrying a message of renewal, within the Qiyadat building, which forms a vibrant space for change and for building dialogue between generations. After three months of health empowerment and restoring balance, the person moves on to the Nabat Community in partnership with Qiyadat Center, becoming part of an active social space that shares dialogue, creativity, and intergenerational projects.

I built Nabat to be the bridge I wished had existed for those I love, and for every person striving to live with health, independence, and meaning.
